Official blog for Ride with GPS
New issue page!
February 26th, 2010
We are happy to finally rollout a page where users can submit issues, suggestions and feature requests. The issues are public and can be voted and commented on. Voting will allow us to better prioritize requests. Additionally, it will provide a way for users to discuss issues or features, further helping craft the site into something people can feel involved in and proud of. The old feedback submission form is still functional, however we advise people to use the new issues page so that managing bug reports and feature requests is more efficient for our team.
Thanks for helping make our site great!

When mapping a route the cue sheet only shows the location of the last road name change, not the end of the route. This means that if a route ends on a long stretch without a new road name, the cue sheet omits that last stretch of road which may be miles from the end of the ride. The profile does show the end point but the cue sheet does not. Any chance of adding the location of the last point to the cue sheet?

Hey Gordon, sorry for the delayed response. It’s on my list – didn’t recognize it as a problem until i was playing with export and turn-by-turn directions on several GPS units!

My Garmin 705 shut off for about 8 miles on a ride without me knowing it. Now the route shows a straight line between 2 points, with bogus elevation info for the trip. Is there any way that I can restore the correct info by editing the saved trip?
